of manufacturing & selling of Carbon products.
Company Highlights:
1.) Company is one of
the leading players in the manufacturing of Calcined Petroleum Coke (CPC),
Electrode Carbon Paste (EPC) and Tamping Paste with the facilities being
located in Guwahati, and Budge Budge plants in India.
2.) The overall
capacity utilization of Calcined Petroleum Coke (CPC), the primary product,
grew from 79% in FY22 to 88% in FY23.
3.) Total Income increased
by 21% to Rs. 576.27 Crore in FY 2023 from Rs. 475.84 Crore in FY 2022.
4.) The Board of
Directors has recommended a dividend of Rs. 4.00 per Equity share for the year
ended 31 March, 2023.
5.) During the year
FY23, Company recorded a Profit after Tax (PAT) of Rs. 23.92 Crore.
