Its shares were listed on Bombay Stock Exchange and Delhi Stock Exchange. Delhi Stock Exchange allowed delisting of shares in previous years. On 30 April 2015, the Company got delisted from Bombay Stock Exchange. The Company is primarily engaged in manufacturing of automotive lights, switches, blinkers and provide related services.
