Brief Profile Of Directors :
Mr. Rajan M. Shah is the founder of 3A Financial Services Limited and he is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and has 14 years experience in unlisted financial instruments.
He has been instrumental in bringing about the overall growth of the company. His technological, analytical and managerial excellence has played an instrumental role in the Company's growth. The Company's Pan-India presence is a result of his excellent managerial capabilities. His analytical excellence has enabled the company to identify companies and invest in companies that have the capabilities of providing to be the best-in-class and thus build up an excellent portfolio thereby maximizing the long-term returns of the company.
Mr. Rajan Shah follows Honesty & Transparency in business dealings with all of his clients. He see to it that the valuations are fair and carried out after due diligence by his experienced team of analysts.

Mrs. Bhavna R. Shah, a Chartered Accountant by qualification is Whole Time Director of the company. She has been with the management team since the inception of the company and has played a vital role in the strategic decision making with the management team. She is also member of the Audit Committee & Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Manubhai C. Shah, aged 72 years, is also founder director of the company. Engaged in the business of yarn industry in his early days. His vast experience of over 40 years as a successful businessman enables him to take complete charge of the administering and monitoring the proper functioning and smooth operations of the company..
