Cochin International Airport
Limited was India's first public-private partnership airport, with equity
contributions from airport users, the general public, Non-Resident Indians
(NRIs), the Kerala government, and airport service companies. The Company is
engaged in the Airport and Allied operations. The Company is mainly engaged in
constructing, developing, setting up, commissioning, operating, managing and
maintaining an Airport of International standards with all modern facilities
for Domestic and International flight operations and all other related
activities such as Cargo operation and incidental and ancillary activities to
the above. The Company's business also comprises of investment activity.

1) Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL) is the third-largest airport in the nation's international sector and the first airport in the world to be entirely powered by solar power.
2) Board of
Directors recommended a Dividend of Rs 3.5 per share for FY2023, subject to
approval in upcoming AGM.
3) During
FY23, CIAL handled 89,29,362 passengers, making it the third
largest airport in the country for international sector.
4) There were
61,232 air traffic movements overall, up by 41.76% from the previous year.
