Background:
Mohindra Fasteners Limited (MFL) manufactures high-tensile fasteners for the automobile industry and industrial applications. It manufactures various types of hot and cold-forged fasteners, i.e., screws, studs and bolts, etc, at its four manufacturing facilities at Rohtak (Haryana). The Company is an established name in the Fastener Industry. The company's infrastructure is spread across three plants in Rohtak (Haryana) with latest equipments for manufacturing of high quality fastener assortments.
Company Highlights:
1.) The company generates more than half of its overall revenue from exports to Europe and North America.
2.) The company has two geographical segments in which it operates: domestic sales, which account for about 23% of sales revenue, and exports, which account for about 77% of sales.
3.) The company intends to expand further in the domestic market in order to maintain a healthy balance between exports and domestic sales.
4.) The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of Rs. 4.50/- per share for FY2023.
