Motilal Oswal Home Finance Ltd. (MOHFL),
the housing finance arm of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. (MOFSL), was
incorporated in October 2013. The company started operations from May 22, 2014.
Company primarily offers housing loans to customers in the low and middle
income groups. Lending to the affordable housing segment accounts for almost
its entire existing loan book.

1.During FY2023, Motilal Oswal Home Finance Limited (MOHFL) disbursed loan of Rs 1,007 crore, a jump of 57% YoY basis.
2.Loan book stood at Rs 3772 Crore as on 31st March 2023.
3.As on March 31, 2023, the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) was 50.94%. Tier I and Tier II capital adequacy ratios as at March 31, 2023 were at 49.81% and 1.13% respectively.
4.Gross Non-Performing Assets (GNPA) was 1.1% and Net Non-Performing Assets (Net NPA) was 0.5% as on March 31, 2023.
