Ring Plus Aqua Ltd (RPAL), a manufacturer
of automotive components, is a subsidiary of JK Files and Engineering Limited
(JKFEL, holding 89.07% equity share) which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary
of Raymond Limited. RPAL is engaged in the manufacturing of Flywheel Starter
Ring Gears, Integral Shaft Water Pump Bearings, Flex Plate Assemblies, and
other Precision Machined Automotive Components. The company has three
manufacturing facilities located in Nasik, Maharashtra.
Company Highlights
1.Company is the leading player in the Ring Gear on the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) category in the domestic market.
2.RPAL has strong order book from customers in domestic and export markets.
3.The Company has also expanded its product line and begun supplying new products on a trial basis.
