1.) Roop Ultrasonix Limited (Formerly known as Roop Telsonic Ultrasonix Limited) is in the business of manufacturing and sale of various ultrasonic equipments and its accessories such as plastic- and metal-welding machines, cleaners, non-destructive testing machines and sono-chemical machines.
2.) Directors have been exploring possibilities of setting up subsidiaries/branches abroad in territories like USA, Europe, Australia CIS Countries and South America.

4.) Company's SEZ Project recorded at Rs. 11.64 Crore in FY23 as compared to Rs. 9.30 Crore in FY22.
5.) On March 2023, the Board of Directors approved a rights issue to the shareholders of the Company.
