Background:
Penam Laboratories Ltd. (PLL) is engaged in the manufacturing, including contract manufacturing, of bulk drugs, active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), API intermediates and formulations for the domestic as well as international markets, including semi -regulated markets. The Company produces the Semi-Synthetic Penicillin (SSP) range of beta-lactam antibiotics in oral form, and has forward integration to make formulations of the APIs produced, and also has backward integration to manufacture in -house the intermediates for such APIs.
