BgSE Properties and Securities Limited Unlisted Shares (formerly known as Bangalore Stock Exchange Limited) was incorporated under the companies Act, 1956 on 29th May 1937 as a Limited Company.
The Company commenced business as an Exchange on 28th May 1963. It soon became one of the premier Stock exchanges of India and largest in the Southern India. The Company received permission to "Exit" as a Stock Exchange dated December 26, 2014. Consequently, the Company discontinued the stock exchange business. Presently the principal business of the company is leasing of immovable property.

1.) BgSE Properties and Securities Limited was formerly known as Bangalore Stock Exchange Limited.
2.) On May 28, 1963, Company opened for business as an Exchange. It soon became one of the premier Stock exchanges of India and largest in the Southern India.
3.) Company's Revenue and PAT increased by 16.72% and 32.58% respectively in FY 2023 as compared to previous year.
