December 1991 as Hero Honda FinLease Limited; the restructuring of the parent
company Hero MotoCorp Limited, led to the present form as Hero FinCorp Limited. The Company is registered
as a Non-Banking financial (Non deposit accepting) Company, engaged in the
business of financing, leasing, bill discounting and related financial
services, with the Reserve Bank of India.
Across Hero MotoCorp's network, they have close to 2000 retail funding touch-points and have worked with over 2000 happy corporate clients. Their long-term strategy is to keep expanding their product line and international presence.
Company Highlights
1) Hero Fincorp to raise ₹2,000 crore equity funding from existing and new investors to create a capital buffer for its business.
2) Hero FinCorp has become the first Indian company to raise a secured overnight financing rate (SOFR)-linked syndicated loan.
3) Hero FinCorp will launch SimplyCash, an immediate personal loan app which will be available in over 200 locations within the next two years.
