Exchange Limited. SEBI vide order dated 23rd June 2017 passed exit order
allowing the exit of the Company as stock exchange. The name of the Company was
changed to OSE Estates Limited vide Certificate dated 14.11 .2019 issued by
Registrar of Companies, Delhi. Presently the Company is deriving income mainly
from Bank deposits and other lnvestments.
